Product feature
KBL40YD include scroll compressor, condenser, evaporvator, expansion valve, sight glass, drier, electromagnetic valve, pressure valve, inverter and control system etc. The vehicle high voltage battery power is transferred into voltage suitable for scroll compressor by inverter. The fans, blowers and control system are powered by vehicle low voltage DC battery.
The scroll compressor voltage is intergrated with condenser, which is streamline design. Ultra-thin design is applied for evaporator. Both casing are made of fiberglass.
The scroll compressor voltage is 380V AC /3/50Hz . Fan, blower and control system voltage is 24V DC.
Environmental friendly R404A refrigerant is applied, high EER and energy saving.
KBL40YD are suitable for 18~24m3 cold chamber, with temperature range of -18-15ºC.
The condenser and compressor is front mounted, while the evaporator is inside mounted.

We are the Manufactory specialized in air conditioning industry products for 31 years already. We have 4 bus air conditioning factories in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, China. Our factory have passed IS09001:2000, CCAP and ISO/TS 16949: 2000.
Also we had latest Technical Center and quality control testing department for purchasing products for clients.
Q. 2: How to control quality?
A, all the raw materials by IQC (Incoming Quality Control) before launch whole process into the process after the screening.
B, process each link in the process of IPQC (Input process quality control) patrol inspection.
C, after finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packaging.
D, OQC before shipment for each product to do full inspection.
Q. 3: How long can I expect to get the products?
The delivery time is within 15-20 days once receipt of the deposit.
